Shalom Orlian brings over a decade of experience to The Penguin Group’s new HR Consulting Department. With a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he has worked with prominent companies like JetBlue and CitiBank. Shalom specializes in General HR, Leadership Development, and Organizational Strategy. In the past five years, he has also collaborated with private businesses and nonprofit leaders to implement HR policies, organizational structures, and employee training programs.
