The pandemic got many employees thinking about what they wanted from their job. This trend has led to mass resignations in the U.S and will continue into  2022. 

 

Employees still want job security; however, their needs have changed. Many employees are looking for better growth opportunities, to be treated better, and to find a better company culture that they can stand behind.
