AI is already being used in most prominent companies in many ways that affect and benefit us daily; we just don’t realize most of it since it’s working quietly behind the scenes.
For example, we get up in the morning, open our phones with face recognition powered by AI. We check social media, looking at posts and info presented to us by AI based on what they know we will enjoy reading or watching. Then we send emails that are being corrected while we are typing for spelling and grammar improvements, which are powered by an AI system that understands who message we want to communicate and the tone of voice we are using.
But we have to take a closer look at our businesses and see if and how we should take advantage of AI capabilities to improve the way we do business or make AI part of what we sell to our customers as the next level of our products or services.
